SpaWeek's #50dollartreatments Media Party

If you have been under a rock then you wouldn't have known that Spa Week's bi-annual $50 spa treatments started yesterday. Well if you didn't know, now you know. Make sure to head over to Spaweek.com for all the information and a full directory of participating spa's. Let me just tell you, it's well worth it.

To kick off the bi-annual festivites, Spaweek hosted a media party full with spa activities at every inch of the Prince George Ballroom on E 27th Street. The venue was chock full of things to do to help you relax as well as satisfy your tastebuds.

From mini manicure, hand massages to make-up applications provided by Bare Essentials, there wasn't a dull moment. Let's not forget the awesome chocolate fountain equipted with goodies just waiting to be dipped and washed down with Rioja wine. Delish!

With the week I was having, the wind down at Spaweek's media party was just what I needed. Now it's time for me to hit the spa for a $50 dollar treatment or two! Carrying the awesome and heavy gift bag alone is well worth a full body massage.

Wow I wish they's celebrated in DC as well!!! I always book fr spa week and sooo happy that this year they started offering it twice. I'm scheduled for tommorrow and can't wait (thai massage).
