Last night The Gates on 8th Ave in NYC hosted a party to celebrate the achievements of the lifestyle site, TheFrisky.com. With launching just a little over two years in March 2008, readership has already reached 4.2 million and is continually growing. Nice! Congrats to TheFrisky.com.Let me just say fun times were had while TheFrisky.com themed drinks were flowing; despite a disgruntle bartender, the DJ played a few cool throwback joints that brought back memories, and some of my favorite fab chicks were in attendance which made for great conversation.

The unseasonably warm weather, in addition to the gloomy rain had me unsure if I wanted to be out and about, but I fell into a pair of shorts for fall, added my current over-the-knee sock obsession, added a dash of animal print with my belt for fun and called it a day.I'm so glad I didn't skip on the festivities. Thanks to Annika of TheFrisky.com for the invite and making my hump day a great one.
