Fab Chicks: They're doing it again
"We Are The World" 25 Years Later For Haiti

Twenty-five years later, and the song "We are the World" written by the late Michael Jackson and Lionel Ritchie and performed by many artists is still making a great impact on the world. So much so, that it is being remade and revisited for the latest disaster affecting the people of Haiti.

In 1985, the song performed by legendary artists like Diana Ross, Cyndi Lauper, Tina Turner, Prince, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, and many more generated over $63 million to help the famine crisis in Africa. Now 25 years later, it's 2010 and we're faced with another crisis affecting our people. In light of the devastation in Haiti, many have gathered for a new rendition of the 1985 world hit in hopes that the song will once again help generate funds to assist the relief efforts.

Today, in LA, artists like Brandy, Jennifer Hudson, Pink, Celine Dion and more came together for the remake, many of whom probably only remember singing the 1985 hit in schools for graduation ceremonies. Definitely great to see star power and Fab Chicks join forces for such a worthy case.

What are you doing to help?
