Event: French Connection's BLOGTails A Holiday Collection Preview

Last week French Connection hosted a Blogtails event to give bloggers an up-close and personal look at their new holiday collection. The collection included pieces to create holiday inspired looks for every fab chick. From ultra feminine, to sexy siren, to rock and roll glam, there’s bound to be something in this collection for every girl.

The holiday collection draws inspiration from girly pajama parties with an all-in-one jumper, Maggie Gyllenhall, and cats. The collection consists of dresses and key separates in shiny sequins, metallic jacquard, nudes, jeweled tones, and plush velvet, all of which can create fab holiday looks that will easily take you from the office to the evening’s soiree in no time. Perfect for a gal like me. Before leaving with dreams of purchasing many of the pieces from French Connection’s holiday collection, we were all hit with a contest.

We were all given a choice of a mini cupcake from a selection by Baked By Melissa and twenty-five minutes to run through the store to create a holiday look inspired by the cupcake chosen. Well, before heading to the fitting room, I grabbed these pieces to create my version of a fab mint chocolate chip:
